Passports: 


1-Issuance of new passport


2-Renewal / extension of passport 


3-Endorsement / deletion of name, change of profession and photographs


4-Loss or damage of the passport: Cases are processed and  new passport are issued.


5-Loss / damage of passport: In case the passport is issued other than this Mission, confirmation is sought before issuing a new passport.


6-Change in marital status of a lady is reflected in the passport

Attestations:

Attestation of affidavits, power of attorneys, educational certificates, medical certificates and other such documents is done by the Consular Section.

For the attestation of Power of Attorney, the applicant has to come in person with the followings:

  1. Original Passport 

  2. Original National Identity Card

  3. Witness of two Pakistanis along with copies of their NIC (Pakistani) / Passports

National Identity Card:

1-Pakistanis desirous of getting  N.I.C. (Form- A) may apply in the Mission.

2-Cases of damaged/loss and fresh issuance of I.D. card are sent to concerned District Registration Officer in Pakistan for verification and issuance of new cards.

3-The processing may take 2 months. 

4-Registration of children under 18 (Form-B) is also sent to Pakistan by the Mission.

Citizenship Certificates:

Foreign ladies who are married to Pakistanis may apply for Pakistani Citizenship Certificates through the Embassy. The following documents are required:

1-Dully attested photocopy of marriage certificate.

2-Lady's willingness to surrender her previous nationality.

3-Husband's N. O. C.

4-Form-F

5-Photocopies of present Passport of the couple.

6-Dully attested photocopies of domicile and N. I. C. of the husband.

7-Six 2 x 1.5 inch sized colored photographs with light blue background.

Out Passes:

1-Out Passes are issued after  necessary approval of the Ambassador.

2-Ministry of Interior is informed about the issuance of the out passes

Visas:

1-Ordinary Visa applications are processed in the Mission and visas are issued within a week.

2-Foreign students and certain other categories are referred to concerned authorities for clearance in Pakistan. These visas are approved by the concerned Ministry in Pakistan.

Forms - Download
1- New Passport Application - Form A Download
  This form is required for applying for a new passport. The applicant needs to present four passport size photographs and a copy of Pakistani National Identity Card. Normal processing time is 15 days. Urgent passport are ready in 24 hours. Gold/Silver Card holders are also entitled to receive a 36 page passport free of cost in 24 hours on presentation of the card.
 
 
2- Renewal of Passport & addition, Deletion, Amendments - Form C Download
 

As the name implies this form is used for renewal of passport and making additions, amendments & deletion in the passport
 

 
3- Visa Application Form Download
  This form should be filled in and submitted to the consular section with accompanying documents to apply for a visa.
 
 
4- Loss of Passport Download
  This form should be filled in and submitted to the embassy with police report and press clipping.
 
 
5- Special General Power of Attorney Download
  This form should be filled in and submitted to the consular section with enclosures.
 
 
6- Who's Who Directory Form Download
  The embassy is preparing a who's who directory of Pakistanis living in Kuwait. This Form, after completion, may be sent to the office of Community Welfare Attaché. 
 
 
7- FERC Forms Download
 

This form is used for applying for the Gold/Silver Card issued by the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation. Completed form should be presented in the office of Community Welfare Attaché for verification, attestation and onward transmission to Overseas Pakistani Foundation. Gold/Silver Cards shall be distributed to the applicant by the Community welfare Attaché's office on receipt from OPF.
 

 
8- NICOP Form Download
  This form is used for applying for the National Identity Card for overseas Pakistanis. The community shall be informed through press and other means of communication once the scheme is formally launched by the Embassy.
