Obtaining the Civil ID number via telephone:

1. Call the Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) at ( 889988 ).
    
2. Press number ( 1 ) for inquiries, next press number ( 1 ) for Arabic or ( 2 ) for English. Then press number ( 3 ) to enquire about the Civil ID Number.
    
3. Enter the Unified Number issued by Ministry of Interior on the Entry Visa, the Civil ID Number will be provided to the caller.

Obtaining the Civil ID Number via the Internet:

1. Choose your language preference (English or Arabic) to browse the site.
    
2. Click on the last link "Civil ID No. Corresponding to MOI No.".
    
3. Enter the Unified Number issued by Ministry of Interior on the Entry Visa and click on the button ( Enquiry ) to retrieve the Civil ID Number.
